“Few people might be aware that the Muslim Brotherhood’s agenda for a political party, published in 2007, introduced a shocking mission statement prohibiting the appointment of either women or non-Muslims to all major posts in the country, and, Mohamed Morsi was one of the staunchest advocates of this statement,” added Guindy.
Guindy further stated “Throughout his journey to the top ranks of the Brotherhood and to the membership of the Guidance Bureau, Morsi was known for his unwavering commitment and total submission to the Supreme Guide’s instructions, and, for his overt disregard for the Brotherhood’s youths call for reform”.
