ISIS Demands $30M Ransom for Release of Christian Hostages

-

– ISIS is well aware that the $100,000 ransom demand per captive cannot be met by the Assyrian leadership, and secretly hoping third parties and countries around the world will step in with the funds necessary to save these Christians.

– There is currently systematic, wholesale annihilation of Christians across the Middle-East—in Syria, Iran, Kenya, by groups of different names- Al Qaeda, ISIS, Boko Haram, etc. This is just an indication of the advancement of radicalism. Sadly, Christians are paying the price.

– The reaction of Western leaders to the genocide of Christians has consistently been reactive rather than proactive. Jihadi groups are advancing, continuing on a rampage, while we are at the negotiating table with the Iran regime—the same group supporting the Houthi rebels in Yemen, prolonging the Syrian civil war and taking advantage of the political vacuum in Iraq.
