An Egyptian Juvenile court acquitted a four-year-old boy accused of kissing his same age female classmate in the kindergarten in Beheira governorate.
According to local media outlets, Beheira Security Director Alaa Eddin Abdel Fattah received earlier in December 2017 a report from the police station of Hush Issa district filed by the father of the female child accusing a four-year-old boy of harassing his daughter inside the kindergarten where both are studying.
Local media reports quoted the lawyer of the accused child saying that the girl’s father notified the police of the incident. He added that the prosecution referred the notification to the Misdemeanor Court, which in turn referred it to the juvenile court that acquitted the child based on the fact that the charge is unreasonable.

Now we have seen it all, or almost all. Considering that a girl could be given in marriage at the pre-pubertal age of six it sounds rational that the father is concerned about what a kiss of a four-year-old boy of his daughter might lead to.
