Armed Attack on Coptic Church in Libya

For the second time in two months, another Coptic Christian church in Libya has been attacked by a number of armed militia in Benghazi.  On Sunday, march 3, Father Paul Isaac and his congregation were open to assault.  The Libyan Ministry condemned the attack, saying it contradicts Islam’s teachings and the agreements made between the nations.  Earlier, in late December, another Coptic church was bombed, killing two Christians. Dozens of Copts were also recently arrested on the accusation of proselytism.
